Current Need:
Our client is seeking a Project Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field (Master's preferred). The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, including 3+ years of progressive project management experience. A PE license is preferred or must be obtainable within 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects including treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, and distribution systems
· Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, scopes, and deliverables
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
· Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and contractors
· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
· Prepare technical reports, construction documents, and presentations
· Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
· Support business development through proposal preparation and client engagement
· Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment

Qualifications:
· PE license preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months
· Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field (Master's preferred)
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering
· At least 3 years of project management experience
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling software
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Familiarity with public-sector project delivery and grant funding processes is a plus
