Current Need:
Our client is seeking a Senior Engineer with a PE license and a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field (Master's preferred). The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, with a strong background in project design and management.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead planning, design, and management of water and wastewater treatment facilities, distribution systems, and collection systems
· Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical reports
· Develop engineering designs, calculations, specifications, and cost estimates
· Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance
· Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
· Perform site assessments and inspections
· Prepare proposals, budgets, schedules, and scopes of work
· Support business development and client relationship efforts
Qualifications:
· PE certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
· Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field (Master's preferred)
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling software (e.g., WaterCAD, SewerCAD)
· Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
