This is an opportunity to step into a senior‑level role where you'll take ownership of complex electrical design work, act as a discipline leader across multiple projects, and help mentor and grow junior staff-while having a clear, transparent path toward future leadership.

You'll be working across a diverse project portfolio that includes healthcare, education, commercial, biotech, transportation, and other technically challenging environments. The firm places a strong emphasis on thoughtful design, client engagement, and sustainable, code‑compliant solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading electrical design efforts on complex MEP projects across multiple market sectors
  • Serving as a discipline lead and technical resource for project teams
  • Designing innovative and high‑performance electrical systems
  • Interfacing directly with clients and stakeholders
  • Mentoring and guiding design staff
  • Supporting project management efforts alongside MEP team leaders

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in MEP consulting/design
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license
  • Experience leading teams and managing projects
  • Strong understanding of building codes and electrical systems
  • Healthcare project experience and familiarity with HCAI compliance
  • Confident, client‑facing communication skills

Nice to have

  • PMP certification
  • LEED accreditation
  • Proficiency in Revit and CAD platforms
