The Role
You will act as the senior field leader, responsible for driving all on-site construction activities while ensuring alignment with project objectives, safety standards, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily coordination of subcontractors and trades to ensure schedule and quality targets are met
- Oversee site logistics, sequencing, and execution strategy
- Manage general conditions budgets and site-related cost controls
- Maintain and update project schedules, including recovery and contingency planning
- Enforce safety standards and lead site-wide safety culture initiatives
- Review contract documents to identify risks and proactively resolve issues
- Lead subcontractor and coordination meetings
- Manage permitting and compliance requirements
- Oversee quality control planning and execution
- Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation
- Support preconstruction, scope development, and procurement activities
- Develop and mentor field staff, including Superintendents and Field Engineers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and stakeholders

Requirements
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10-15+ years of construction experience in a lead Superintendent role
- Strong background delivering data center or mission-critical projects (preferred)
Certifications
- OSHA 30
- STS-C (preferred)
- First Aid / CPR / AED
Skills
- Strong technical understanding across all construction divisions
- Advanced scheduling and cost control experience
- Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office
- Experience with pull planning methodologies
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience managing and developing field teams
