One of the largest and most respected electrical subcontractors in the U.S.-currently delivering work on over 80% of all data centers across Texas-is expanding its field leadership team in Houston. We are searching for an experienced superintendent to oversee complex $20M+ commercial electrical projects, especially those within medical facilities, hospitals, and advanced healthcare environments.
About the Role
As a Senior Superintendent in Houston, you'll be responsible for day‑to‑day onsite operations, managing field crews, coordinating with project managers, ensuring safety compliance, and driving high‑quality installations. You'll take the lead on critical commercial and healthcare builds that require deep expertise and exceptional field leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of electrical construction experience
- Proven track record supervising $20M+ commercial electrical projects
- Strong background in hospital, medical facility, or healthcare project delivery
- Ability to manage field teams, subcontractors, scheduling, and inspections
- Strong technical understanding of electrical systems and construction drawings
