Your Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead electrical construction projects from start to finish-ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are met. You'll manage teams, build client relationships, and drive innovation in construction techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project planning, execution, and financials
- Lead and mentor project teams
- Manage client relationships and business development
- Monitor field operations and ensure safety and quality
- Handle change orders, billing, and reporting
What You Bring:
- 10+ years in electrical construction project management
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (PE license a plus)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle and Accubid preferred
- Willingness to travel (10-25%)
