Key Responsibilities:
- Lead forensic investigations into structural failures, construction defects, and material performance issues.
- Deliver authoritative technical reports and expert witness testimony in legal and insurance contexts.
- Oversee and guide field inspections, laboratory testing, and failure analysis.
- Collaborate with legal counsel, insurers, and clients to communicate findings and support resolution strategies.
- Contribute to business development through client engagement and thought leadership.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff.
Experience Needed:
- Degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering discipline (Master's or PhD preferred).
- Chartered or licensed Professional Engineer (PE or equivalent).
- 8+ years of experience in forensic engineering, structural diagnostics, or failure analysis.
- Proven experience providing expert witness testimony or litigation support.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with autonomy and precision.
