The Opportunity

We are seeking a Structural Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to join our Dallas team. You'll contribute to healthcare, educational, federal, and commercial projects while working alongside nationally recognized engineers whose names are known across the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support design and analysis for structural systems across healthcare, education, federal, and commercial projects.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using cutting-edge design tools and BIM workflows.

  • Apply sustainable strategies, including LEED building design and net zero solutions.

  • Work closely with senior engineers, gaining mentorship and exposure to nationally significant projects.

  • Contribute to project delivery excellence, meeting technical, budgetary, and schedule goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.

  • 3-6 years of professional experience in building design.

  • EIT certification required; PE license or track toward licensure preferred.

  • Strong technical skills with exposure to BIM/Revit and advanced analysis tools.

  • Passion for sustainable design and high-performance building strategies.
