About the Opportunity
What You'll Do
- Lead and support civil design for mining and environmental infrastructure projects
- Prepare design drawings, grading plans, drainage layouts, and earthworks models
- Contribute to permitting, design reports, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with geotechnical, environmental, and hydrology teams
- Work directly with project managers and senior technical staff
- Participate in field visits and site assessments as needed
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of civil engineering design experience (site development, grading, stormwater, or earthworks)
- Proficiency with Civil 3D or similar design tools
- Experience in consulting is helpful, but not required
- Strong technical communication and detail orientation
- Interest in expanding into mining, tailings, reclamation, or large-scale earthworks projects
- PE (or ability to obtain) required
