ポジション概要
We are seeking an experienced Data Center Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical infrastructure projects within a fast-growing pipeline.
急成長中のプロジェクトパイプラインにおいて、ミッションクリティカルなインフラプロジェクトを推進するデータセンター・プロジェクトマネージャー／シニアプロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。
本ポジションでは、プロジェクトの計画から完了までの一連のプロセスを統括し、納期・予算・品質のすべてを満たすプロジェクト遂行を担います。
クライアント、コンサルタント、施工会社、および社内のエンジニアリング・調達・運用チームと密接に連携していただきます。
主な業務内容
- Lead and manage data center construction and fit-out projects from inception to completion
- データセンターの建設および内装プロジェクトを立ち上げから完了までリード・管理
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies
- プロジェクト計画、スケジュール、予算、リソース戦略の策定
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including design consultants, contractors, and vendors
- 設計コンサルタント、施工会社、ベンダーなど複数分野のチームを統括
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and client requirements
- 各国・地域の規制、安全基準、クライアント要件の遵守を確保
- Manage risk, identify issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies
- リスク管理を行い、課題を早期に特定し、対策を実施
- Oversee procurement processes and contract administration
- 調達プロセスおよび契約管理の監督
- Monitor project performance and report progress to senior stakeholders
- プロジェクト進捗をモニタリングし、上層ステークホルダーへ報告
- Drive quality assurance and commissioning processes for mission-critical systems
- ミッションクリティカル設備における品質管理および試運転プロセスの推進
応募要件
- Proven experience in project management within data center, mission-critical, or oil and gas sectors
- データセンター、ミッションクリティカル、または建設分野におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and critical infrastructure delivery
- MEP（機械・電気・配管）および重要インフラに関する知識
- Experience managing large-scale or complex projects across multiple stakeholders
- 複数の関係者が関与する大規模または複雑なプロジェクトの管理経験
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力およびステークホルダーマネジメント能力
- Strong understanding of project controls, cost management, and scheduling
- プロジェクトコントロール、コスト管理、スケジューリングに関する深い理解
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- スピード感のある成果重視の環境で対応できる能力
- Fluency in Japanese; English language skills are highly advantageous
- 日本語力必須、英語力があれば尚可
- Required Certification (one of the following):
- 必須資格（いずれか）：
- Electrical: 1級 電気工事施工管理技士 / 監理技術者
- Mechanical: 1級 管工事施工管理技士 / 監理技術者
