This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycle delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and operations teams.

3) Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage data center construction and fit-out projects from inception to completion
- ćć¼ćæć»ć³ćæć¼ć®å»ŗčØććć³å č£ ćććøć§ćÆććē«ć”äøćććå®äŗć¾ć§ćŖć¼ćć»ē®”ē
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies
- ćććøć§ćÆćčØē»ćć¹ć±ćøć„ć¼ć«ćäŗē®ććŖć½ć¼ć¹ę¦ē„ć®ēå®
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including design consultants, contractors, and vendors
- čØčØć³ć³ćµć«ćæć³ććę½å·„ä¼ē¤¾ććć³ćć¼ćŖć©č¤ę°åéć®ćć¼ć ćēµ±ę¬
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and client requirements

- Manage risk, identify issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies

- Oversee procurement processes and contract administration

- Proven experience in project management within data center, mission-critical, or oil and gas sectors
- ćć¼ćæć»ć³ćæć¼ćććć·ć§ć³ćÆćŖćć£ć«ć«ćć¾ććÆå»ŗčØåéć«ććććććøć§ćÆććććøć”ć³ćēµéØ
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and critical infrastructure delivery
- MEPļ¼ę©ę¢°ć»é»ę°ć»é ē®”ļ¼ććć³éč¦ć¤ć³ćć©ć«é¢ććē„č
- Experience managing large-scale or complex projects across multiple stakeholders
- č¤ę°ć®é¢äæč ćé¢äøćć大č¦ęØ”ć¾ććÆč¤éćŖćććøć§ćÆćć®ē®”ēēµéØ
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong understanding of project controls, cost management, and scheduling

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
