The Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate, Development to support the management and advancement of utility-scale power generation projects across the U.S. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to grow within a collaborative, high-performing team that is shaping the future of clean energy and digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development activities from project inception through financing or sale.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and internal approvals.
  • Negotiate and execute real estate agreements and oversee environmental studies.
  • Secure permits, regulatory approvals, and interconnection agreements.
  • Assist in sourcing and executing commercial offtake agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across engineering, finance, legal, and commercial.
  • Engage with local stakeholders including government, community groups, and school districts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in PJM, MISO, and SPP regions.
  • Respond to public RFPs and support bid preparation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, or related fields.
  • Prior development or commercial experience in U.S. power markets strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to professional growth.
  • Willingness to travel (~25%) across the U.S.
