What You'll Do:
- Lead geotechnical inspections, site evaluations, soil borings, and field investigations.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop detailed geotechnical analyses and recommendations.
- Build strong client relationships and provide expert guidance.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Take on diverse tasks and expand your skill set through additional responsibilities.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus.
- Experience with infrastructure projects such as bridges, buildings, dams, and retaining walls.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 18 months.
- Familiarity with ODOT or Corps of Engineers projects is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for short-term assignments.
- Ability to safely navigate construction and project sites.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000/year, based on experience, education, and qualifications.
Annual bonus: 7-10%
