Salary: $135,000 - $175,000

We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team and provide technical leadership across a wide range of infrastructure projects throughout Florida. This is a fully remote position, ideal for a seasoned engineer who thrives in a collaborative, quality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review geotechnical reports for deep and shallow foundations on both vertical and horizontal projects.
- Lead proposal development and contribute to business development efforts.
- Provide oversight and technical direction across all active geotechnical projects in Florida.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of geotechnical engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Florida preferred or ability to obtain).
- Strong technical background in foundation design, soil mechanics, and geotechnical investigations.
- Experience with both building and infrastructure projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
