We're seeking a Senior Geotechnical Project Manager to lead and support a diverse portfolio of transportation and infrastructure projects across Virginia-including highways, rail bridges, retaining walls, slopes, pavements, ground treatment, and utilities.

What You'll Do
- Lead geotechnical and pavement design efforts across Virginia
- Manage geotechnical aspects of transportation projects from concept through construction
- Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to secure new clients
- Supervise field investigations and review geotechnical design computations
- Prepare technical reports, construction documents, and cost estimates
- Conduct internal and client-facing meetings and presentations
- Mentor and develop junior geotechnical engineers
- Ensure QA/QC standards are met across all deliverables
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's in Geotechnical preferred)
- 10+ years of geotechnical design experience, including 5+ years with VDOT
- Strong knowledge of VDOT Geotechnical & Pavement MOIs and AASHTO LRFD
- Proven experience managing geotechnical task assignments
- Proficiency in software such as: gINT, OpenGround, LPile, Slide, Settle3, Slope/W, AASHTOWare Pavement ME, GRLWEAP, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Virginia P.E. license required
