Education Project Architect
The Opportunity
A respected, design-focused architecture studio in Pasadena is seeking a Project Architect to support a growing pipeline of K-12, higher education, and community-driven projects across Southern California.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects early, working closely with leadership in a collaborative, hands-on environment. The firm is known for its strong client relationships, thoughtful approach to community-focused design, and commitment to long-term team growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of projects from design through construction
- Lead project documentation, coordination, and technical development
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
- Oversee smaller to mid-scale projects with increasing autonomy
- Support construction administration and project delivery
- Collaborate closely with firm leadership and internal teams
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure
- 4-8+ years of professional experience
- Experience in K-12, higher education, civic, or municipal projects
- DSA experience is highly preferred, but not required
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Proven ability to manage project coordination and documentation
