Electrical Engineering Manager (Oversea Projects)
Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Electrical engineering for domestic and overseas renewable energy projects (specifications, cost estimates, design, procurement, grid interconnection)
- Construction management and engineering management for overseas EPC projects (US, Korea, Philippines), covering electrical and civil scopes
- Evaluation and selection of equipment, manufacturers, and contractors; development of new partners and technologies
- Broad engineering support throughout the project development lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in electrical engineering
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- High ownership mindset aligned with the company's mission and vision
Preferred Background
- Electrical engineering experience in renewable energy projects
- Experience in overseas EPC or construction projects
- Business-level English proficiency
