- 日本の労働法・人事制度に関する基本理解

Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations and reporting
- Develop hiring strategies and optimize sourcing channels
- Manage full-cycle recruiting (interviewing, offer, closing)
- Identify hiring challenges and implement improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of mid-career recruiting experience
- Experience leading teams or projects in recruitment
- Working knowledge of Japanese labor law and HR practices
- Business-level English proficiency
- Strong data handling skills (Excel, reporting, analytics)
Preferred
- Experience with recruitment KPIs and process optimization
- ATS experience (e.g., HRMOS)
- Experience managing RPO vendors
