- 日本市場におけるリード獲得およびパイプライン創出のためのマーケティング戦略の立案・実行
- コンテンツ・キャンペーン・パートナーシップを通じたブランド認知向上
- イベント(ウェビナー・展示会等)を活用したリードジェネレーション
- セールス・プロダクト・経営陣との連携によるマーケティング施策の推進
- B2Bマーケティング経験(3年以上)
- ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語(社内言語は英語となります)
- 気候テック、ESG、サステナビリティ領域への関心または経験
- スタートアップ環境での業務経験
- デジタルマーケティングの実務経験
- マーケティングオートメーション(HubSpot等)の使用経験
- 地球規模の課題である脱炭素に直接貢献できるポジション
- 経営陣と密に連携しながら戦略立案から実行まで担える裁量の大きさ

A fast-growing climate-tech company backed by top global investors is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and brand expansion in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive qualified pipeline for the sales team
- Build brand awareness in Japan through campaigns, partnerships, and content
- Lead demand generation initiatives including digital, events, and partner marketing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, product, and sales teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Fluent in Japanese and English to collaborate with Japan and oversea team
Preferred Background
- Experience in climate-tech, sustainability, ESG, or enterprise SaaS
- Startup experience with high ownership and adaptability
- Strong experience in LinkedIn marketing, SEO, and demand generation
- Hands-on with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, CRM systems)
