ESGデータを統合的に扱うB2BSaaSを展開している企業でのPdMポジションとなります。
業務内容
- 市場・顧客・事業目標を踏まえたプロダクト戦略およびロードマップ策定
- 顧客ヒアリングやデータ分析を通じた課題整理、要件定義、ユーザーストーリー作成
- エンジニア・デザイナーと連携したアジャイル開発の推進
- KPI設計・モニタリングを通じた継続的なプロダクト改善
必須要件（いずれか）
- B2B SaaSまたは業務系プロダクトにおけるPdM経験
- 顧客課題を構造化し、プロダクト要件に落とし込んだ経験
歓迎スキル
- AI機能のプロダクト実装経験
- ESG／脱炭素／サステナビリティ領域の知識・実務経験
- グローバル環境や英語での業務コミュニケーション

Position Overview
This role focuses on leading product development for a B2B SaaS platform that integrates and manages ESG-related data for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives
- Conduct customer interviews and data analysis to structure problems, define requirements, and create user stories
- Drive agile product development in close collaboration with engineers and designers
- Design and monitor KPIs to enable continuous product improvement
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Manager for B2B SaaS or enterprise software products
- Proven experience structuring customer problems and translating them into product requirements
Preferred Skills / Experience
- Experience implementing AI-powered features in products
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in ESG, decarbonization, or sustainability-related domains
- Experience working in a global environment and/or communicating in English
