Responsibilities
Project Manager
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate with clients, general contractors, vendors, and field teams
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor project financial performance and ensure successful delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Assistant Project Manager
- Support Project Managers throughout all phases of project execution
- Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation
- Coordinate material procurement and vendor communications
- Track project schedules, budgets, and milestones
- Work closely with field personnel and office teams to ensure project success
- Develop knowledge of project management processes with a clear path for advancement
Qualifications
Assistant Project Manager
- 1+ years of experience in construction, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or MEP projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Construction-related degree preferred but not required
Project Manager
- 3+ years of project management experience within mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, MEP, or commercial construction
- Experience managing project financials, schedules, and contracts
- Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
- Proven ability to successfully deliver construction projects
