The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing mechanical or electrical engineering projects across a variety of NYC building types.
- Serving as a primary contact for architects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Reviewing and coordinating design outputs generated by offshore CAD teams.
- Overseeing schedules and expectations while managing a high volume of repeatable projects.
- Conducting on-site project visits in NYC several times per week.
The MEP Project Manager should have the following:
- Four to six years of mechanical or electrical engineering experience, ideally on residential or commercial projects.
- Strong technical foundation and confidence in answering client and partner questions.
- Eagerness to learn quickly and grow into greater responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; PE not required.
- Ability to work remotely while being located in or around NYC for regular site visits.
