Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application and technical support across the project lifecycle (design to after-sales).
- Act as the technical interface with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and end users.
- Support pre- and post-sales activities, including solution design, troubleshooting, and training.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops.
- Perform hydronic design and analysis to showcase solution value.
- Resolve technical issues on-site and support commissioning and operations.
- Build strong customer relationships and support business growth initiatives.
- Represent the organization in industry events and engagements.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or relevant diploma with experience).
- Around 8+ years of HVAC industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and hydronic applications.
- Experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with HVAC design tools/software is advantageous.
