Position Overview
In this role, you'll take the lead on managing restoration and existing building projects, ensuring they are delivered with precision and quality. You'll work closely with the Restoration Department Manager to coordinate project activities, provide technical oversight, and mentor team members. This position calls for a strong understanding of structural systems and practical experience in assessing and repairing building components. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute restoration and existing building projects from start to finish.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to restoration technicians.
- Conduct structural assessments and develop repair strategies for various building systems.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Maintain high standards of technical accuracy and project delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in restoration or structural engineering projects.
- Broad knowledge of structural framing systems and construction practices.
- Engineering degree or professional engineering licensure not required, but preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound engineering judgment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
