Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead projects and mentor junior staff. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities to work on diverse projects including commercial developments, data centers, rail infrastructure, and residential subdivisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage geotechnical investigations and reporting for large-scale projects.
- Oversee drilling operations and coordinate with internal teams across multiple offices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to EITs and junior engineers.
- Collaborate with CMT and Environmental teams for integrated project delivery.
Qualifications
- PE License strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
- Expertise in soil characterization, foundation design recommendations, and ground improvement.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $115K-$125K (DOE).
- Annual profit-based bonus (often $140K-$150K+ total compensation).
