A leading, nationally recognised engineering consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Geotechnical Project Manager to support the continued growth of their Dallas operation.

The Role
You will operate as a senior leader within the geotechnical team, taking ownership of both project delivery and client relationships, with a clear path toward Principal level responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the lead geotechnical point of contact within the Dallas office
- Managing site investigations and geotechnical design from concept through to completion
- Leading project delivery across large scale, technically complex developments
- Serving as a client facing lead for key accounts, maintaining and strengthening relationships
- Supporting and driving business development efforts, including winning new work
- Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to overall team growth

Job Requirements
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- 10+ years' experience in geotechnical engineering, ideally with a focus on private development projects
- Proven experience managing complex projects and client relationships
- Track record (or clear potential) in business development / seller doer responsibilities
- Existing network or book of business in the Dallas/Texas market is highly advantageous
- Strong leadership, communication, and commercial awareness
