Senior Project Architect/ Project Manager
A growing architecture firm in Kalispell is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead complex projects, mentor teams, and deliver high‑quality design work. Strong Revit skills and meaningful healthcare project experience are important for this role.
What You'll Do
- Lead projects from concept through construction administration
- Manage client communication and guide teams through key milestones
- Oversee and produce detailed construction documents
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and design standards
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a supportive, collaborative culture
- Occasional travel for site visits or client meetings as needed
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of architectural experience
- Strong Revit expertise is essential
- Strong understanding of detailing, codes, and construction practices
- Proven ability to manage projects independently
- Demonstrated team leadership and ability to collaborate effectively
- Healthcare project experience is very important
- Architecture licensure preferred but not required
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
