Position: Senior Structural Engineer
Location: Memphis, TN
Salary Range: $120,000 - $155,000 annually (Depending on experience)

Role Overview
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead structural design projects from concept through construction, provide technical expertise, and mentor junior engineers. You'll collaborate with architects, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage structural design for diverse building types
- Prepare and review calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Mentor junior engineers and support staff
- Coordinate with architects and other disciplines
- Ensure compliance with codes and standards
- Act as a technical resource and client liaison
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
- PE license required; SE license a plus
- 8+ years of experience in structural engineering
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in design software
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
