The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a junior‑level Sustainability Consultant who is passionate about carbon management, climate strategy, and data-driven environmental solutions. You will support clients in measuring, understanding, and managing their environmental impact, while contributing to the development of best‑in‑class sustainability methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support carbon accounting and GHG emissions quantification across Scope 1, 2, and 3
- Conduct climate risk assessments and sustainability advisory analyses
- Work closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to deliver client projects
- Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable recommendations
- Contribute to internal knowledge building, methodology refinement, and process improvements
- Engage with clients to gather data, clarify project needs, and support stakeholder communication
Requirements
- Experience in sustainability, ESG, climate strategy, or carbon accounting
- Strong understanding of GHG Protocol, carbon accounting, climate‑related frameworks, and climate markets
- Able to balance technical advisory work and light leadership responsibilities (mentoring, review, coordination)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment with evolving processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Motivated by purpose-driven work and creating measurable climate impact
