職務概要: バッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システム（BESS）の建設プロジェクトを管理し、計画から完成までの全工程を監督します。プロジェクトのスケジュール、予算、品質、安全性を確保し、チームをリードしてプロジェクトの成功を目指します。
主な職務内容:
- BESS建設プロジェクトの計画、実行、監督
- プロジェクトスケジュールの作成と管理
- 予算管理とコストコントロール
- 安全基準と品質基準の遵守
- サプライヤーやサブコントラクターとの連携
- プロジェクトの進捗状況の報告と問題解決
- チームメンバーの指導と育成
- 関連する法規制や環境規制の遵守
必要な資格・経験:
- 建設管理または関連分野の学士号
- BESSまたは類似のエネルギー貯蔵システムの建設経験
- プロジェクト管理の経験（5年以上が望ましい）
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップスキル
- 安全管理と品質管理の知識
- 問題解決能力と柔軟な対応力

- PMP（プロジェクトマネジメントプロフェッショナル）資格
- エネルギー分野での経験
- 日本語と英語のバイリンガル能力
