What You Will Do
- Lead Complex Projects Manage assessments, design solutions, and oversee restoration efforts from start to finish
- Diagnose and Solve Problems Investigate leaks, moisture intrusion, and storm damage using advanced tools and techniques
- Design Repair Strategies Develop plans for roofing and exterior wall systems that stand the test of time
- Perform Field Testing Apply ASTM standards and cutting edge methods to evaluate building envelope performance
- Deliver Insightful Reports Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- Backgrounds That Fit Building enclosure consulting, roofing diagnostics, exterior restoration, or moisture intrusion investigation
- Hands On Expertise Roofing systems, waterproofing, exterior wall construction, and field testing experience
- Preferred Certifications RRO, RRC, REWC or similar industry credentials
- Technical Skills AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, ASTM testing protocols, familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus
- Soft Skills Strong communication, client facing professionalism, and ability to juggle multiple projects
