We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Leader to drive growth in the electric utility and energy infrastructure sectors. This individual will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and securing high-impact projects across transmission, distribution, substations, generation, and environmental services.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development and client engagement efforts across major utility and energy clients.
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities in T&D, substations, renewable generation, and infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with investor-owned and publicly-owned utilities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions.
- Leverage emerging technologies and digital tools to enhance project delivery and client value.
- Develop and execute growth strategies that align with organizational goals and market trends.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 12+ years of experience in energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
- Willingness to travel based on project and client needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in EPC business development and strategic client management.
- Strong network within the power utility and renewable energy sectors.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
