We are partnering with a large, family-owned commercial roofing contractor that has built an outstanding reputation across the Carolinas through quality workmanship, long-term client relationships, and a people-first culture.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys running complex roofing projects, leading teams, and working for an organisation that values stability, professional development, and promoting from within.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial roofing projects from award through completion
- Coordinate roofing crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitor project costs, change orders, and profitability
- Conduct site visits and work closely with field teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Build strong relationships with owners, facility managers, general contractors, and consultants
- Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety procedures
- Oversee project documentation, closeout packages, and warranty requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial roofing
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Metal, and Roof Coatings
- Experience managing re-roof, new construction, and/or service-related projects
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software preferred
- Valid driver's licence
