We're on the lookout for a talented Construction Administrator to join our team in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. This role will focus on supporting our Education and Public Safety Market Sectors.
Position Overview
- Oversee projects during the construction phase.
- Act as the main point of contact between design professionals, client representatives, and general contractors.
- Participate in and potentially lead job conferences locally, with some travel required.
- Perform on-site construction observations and address issues raised by contractors and construction managers.
- Prepare construction contract documents, including Addenda and Architects Supplemental Instructions.
- Manage the construction process, including RFI and submittal reviews, change order reviews, and field report preparation.
- Review project budgets and payment applications.
- Work virtually, in-office, and on job sites as needed.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering, or equivalent education and experience preferred.
- 10-20 years of experience in construction project management.
- Registered Architect preferred.
- Excellent time management and conflict resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read, understand, and work from construction documents and specifications.
- Experience in a customer-focused, team-oriented environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in Revit, Newforma, Submittal Exchange, eBuilder, and other management software is a plus.
