■ Position Overview
■ Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding strategy and implementation for enterprise clients
- Analyze energy data (electricity, gas, etc.) and provide optimization recommendations
- Drive adoption, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Work closely with US-based product/engineering teams, translating client feedback into product improvements
■ Requirements (One of the following)
- 2+ years in B2B Customer Success or Consulting
■ Preferred Background
- Experience managing enterprise clients
- Knowledge of energy management / sustainability / ESG
- Experience in cost optimization or operational improvement projects
- Experience building CS processes or teams
- Business-level English
