Qualifications:
- 15 years of work experience
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
- 4+ years or more of personnel management or supervising
- Experience managing a team
- PE licensed in Illinois
- IDOT, city, and municipal connections
- Knows how to take a project from start to finish
