Electrical Project Manager QA QC
Location: Nationwide Travel Required

A leading electrical contractor with a strong presence in the mission critical sector is seeking an experienced QA/QC Electrical Manager to support the delivery of large-scale hyperscale data center and advanced technology projects across the United States.
This individual will play a key role in ensuring the quality, compliance, and successful execution of complex electrical installations from construction through testing, commissioning, and project turnover.
The Role
Reporting into senior project leadership, you will be responsible for driving quality assurance and quality control processes across major electrical infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project teams, clients, commissioning agents, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure installations are completed in accordance with contract requirements, project specifications, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all QA/QC activities across electrical construction projects.
- Develop and manage quality plans, inspection procedures, testing requirements, and turnover documentation.
- Coordinate quality documentation between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and commissioning stakeholders.
- Monitor field installation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry best practices.
- Manage inspections, testing programs, deficiency tracking, and project closeout processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders while promoting a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support project delivery objectives while ensuring adherence to safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
- Travel extensively to support projects throughout the United States.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience within electrical construction, project management, or QA/QC leadership.
- Direct experience working for an electrical contractor on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure installations, including:
- Low Voltage Systems (120V-600V)
- Medium Voltage Distribution Systems
- Conduit & Raceway Installations
- Cable Tray Systems
- Grounding & Bonding Systems
- Underground Duct Banks & Cable Trenches
- Medium Voltage Cable Terminations
- Proven experience managing quality documentation, inspections, testing, and compliance processes.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
