Electrical Substation Design Engineer (Senior)
We have a current opportunity for a Substation Physical Design Engineer on a permanent basis.
P.E License (Required)
Responsibilities:
Assigns tasks, provides guidance on technical issues, and ensures the accuracy and adequacy of completed work.
Reviews and prepares technical documentation to meet established standards and technical specifications.
Develops proposal content and cost estimates in response to client Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Plans, approves, and coordinates work schedules to achieve goals related to cost, quality, and time lines.
Collaborates effectively with team members, stakeholders, and associates to resolve design challenges and clarify specifications and project requirements.
Maintains client relationships to exchange or gather technical information relevant to current projects.
Conducts problem analysis, leads investigations, and defines detailed design criteria.
Commits to project timelines, resource allocation, and staffing to meet project goals.
Demonstrates a working knowledge of related engineering disciplines to support integrated project development.
