Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Environmental Project Manager to lead geo-environmental projects in the Atlanta area. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for mentoring and delivering high-quality environmental solutions.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage geo-environmental projects, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
* Oversee Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), including site reconnaissance, engineering evaluations, data review, and report preparation.
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations, particularly related to hazardous waste and the Clean Waters Act.
* Coordinate field activities, subcontractors, and laboratory testing; ensure proper sample collection, handling, and submission.
* Assess environmental risks and recognized concerns through historical research, database review, and contaminant transport analysis.
* Develop recommendations for Phase II investigations and support permitting processes.
* Mentor and train staff in technical and leadership skills; promote continuous improvement and innovation.
* Manage multiple projects and teams concurrently, applying strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Lead safety initiatives and model safe work practices across all project phases.
* Support business development through client engagement, industry events, and outreach activities.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with Phase I and Phase II due diligence projects.
* Strong knowledge of environmental regulations related to hazardous waste and water quality.
* Proven experience managing engineering teams and environmental tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and drive performance in a team environment.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

Preferred Certifications:
* Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG), or ability to obtain within six months.
* Membership in relevant technical associations.
