Forensic Scheduler - Construction Delay

About the Role:
As a Forensic Scheduler, you'll play a critical role in both proactive project controls and forensic delay analysis. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to develop, update, and analyze construction schedules, while also diving deep into documentation to support claims and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain baseline CPM schedules
- Conduct schedule updates and analyze critical paths
- Perform QA/QC on schedules and correct logic issues
- Execute time impact analyses and delay assessments
- Review project documentation (contracts, RFIs, change orders, etc.)
- Communicate findings and risk assessments to clients
- Support both proactive planning and forensic claims work
What We're Looking For:
- 3-8 years of experience in scheduling and/or claims analysis
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Oracle Cloud (preferred)
- PSP certification or similar credentials (preferred)
- Background in sectors like multi-family, commercial, hospitality, or healthcare
- Based in or willing to travel to Austin, Houston, or Dallas
