The Role
- Lead geotechnical engineering projects from proposal through completion
- Prepare and review geotechnical reports, analyses, and recommendations
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication
- Mentor and support junior engineering staff
- Coordinate field investigations and engineering analyses
- Work closely with clients, contractors, architects, and project teams to deliver successful projects
- Contribute to business development and long-term client relationships
What We're Looking For
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
- Background in geotechnical engineering and consulting
- Familiarity with local geology, subsurface conditions, and project requirements within Northern California
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
- Experience managing projects and working directly with clients is highly valued
- Desire to grow professionally and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team
