A nationally ranked engineering and environmental consulting firm is seeking a Geotechnical Project Manager (P.E.) to join its growing team in Monroeville, PA. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead complex geotechnical investigations and construction materials testing (CMT) services across real estate, energy, and landfill sectors.


What You'll Do:

  • Manage geotechnical subsurface investigations and lab testing programs
  • Design foundations, slopes, retaining walls, pavements, and landslide remediation
  • Lead construction materials testing for earthwork, concrete, masonry, and pavements
  • Supervise and mentor field technicians and junior engineers
  • Prepare technical reports, coordinate drilling, and interpret lab data
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to solve construction-related challenges

What You'll Bring:

  • 5-15 years of geotechnical consulting experience
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering with a geotechnical focus (M.S. preferred)
  • Strong technical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience with both field and office-based geotechnical work

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000/year
