Industrial Sales Manager - Wastewater Treatment Solutions
Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Industrial Sales Manager to expand our presence in the industrial wastewater treatment market. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities primarily within manufacturing, food & beverage, chemical processing, and industrial production sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities within industrial wastewater markets.
Manage and develop key client relationships, delivering tailored solutions for complex wastewater treatment needs.
Conduct technical sales presentations, clearly communicating the benefits and capabilities of wastewater treatment systems.
Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to deliver comprehensive proposals.
Track sales activities and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting to achieve revenue targets.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Environmental Science, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in industrial wastewater or related technology.
Technical familiarity with wastewater treatment processes including membrane bioreactors (MBR), ultrafiltration, and similar technologies.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel frequently to client sites and industry events.
