What You'll Do
- Lead interior design efforts from concept through completion for multifamily and high-rise residential projects.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and consultants to deliver innovative, functional, and beautiful spaces.
- Prepare design presentations, construction documents, and specifications.
- Stay current with trends in urban living and sustainable design.
What We're Looking For
- NCIDQ Certification (required).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on urban living, high-rise, or multifamily residential projects.
- Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for design excellence.
