About the Role
As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in delivering innovative design solutions for housing, mixed-use, and multi-family projects. You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to bring concepts to life, ensuring every detail reflects quality, functionality, and creativity.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead interior design efforts from concept development through construction administration.
- Develop space plans, material palettes, and detailed design documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout all phases.
- Prepare presentations and participate in client meetings.
- Stay current with industry trends, sustainable practices, and building codes.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional interior design experience in housing, mixed-use, or multi-family projects.
- NCIDQ certification or actively pursuing certification.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Enscape or similar visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
