A full-service, leading national Civil consultancy is looking for a Principal Civil Engineer to join them in leading and growing their Los Angeles location. This firm is based on the East Coast and already has a strong presence in Northern California, and they are now looking to expand further into Southern California.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within an established and dynamic team, giving you exposure to a wide variety of projects in both size and scope. Their past and present clients include residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and institutional sectors from across the United States. In addition to traditional land development work, the firm has contributed to more unique and high-profile projects such as high-rise skyscrapers, sports stadiums, and large-scale mixed-use developments.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and a passion for mentoring junior staff. You'll play a key role in shaping the direction of the office, building client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Qualifications:
- 12+ years civil engineering experience as it relates to Land Development
- 5+ years business development & client-facing responsibilities
- PE licensed in California
- BSc in Civil Engineering
