This person will work alongside an existing business development team while helping define and grow their own niche within the Dallas market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market presence throughout DFW.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Background

  • Experience supporting infrastructure, transportation, municipal, education, or private development markets.
  • Existing involvement in industry organizations such as SMPS, ULI, APWA, ACEC, TEXO, or similar professional associations.

The right person is outgoing, well-connected, strategic, and motivated to help grow an office while becoming a recognized leader within the Dallas AEC community.

Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 base salary + performance incentives.
