About the Role
This firm is seeking a Mid-Level Structural Engineer to join a close-knit team. This is a role for someone who wants variety, wants to learn, and does not want to be boxed into a single project type or sector. The right candidate will work directly with senior engineers and principals, gaining hands-on experience across the full spectrum of structural engineering work.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design across a diverse mix of project types
- Develop construction documents and support project delivery
- Work closely with senior staff and firm leadership on day-to-day project work
- Engage with clients and consultants as skills and experience develop
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-first office culture
Qualifications
- 4 to 8 years of structural engineering experience
- EIT licensure required; PE license preferred
- Experience in seismic design is a strong plus
- Eagerness to learn and take on increasing responsibility
