Seeking a Project Manager to lead mission critical projects from concept through completion. This role is responsible for client relationships, team coordination, project delivery, and financial performance, while mentoring staff and promoting firm values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary client contact and project lead
- Oversee all project phases, from design through post-occupancy
- Manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal teams and external consultants
- Ensure code compliance, quality standards, and documentation
- Support business development and proposal efforts
- Mentor and grow team talent
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience; licensure preferred
- Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and QA/QC
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management tools
- Experience managing complex, technical projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Salary Range: $104K-$135K
