Mission Critical Superintendent
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Travelling Superintendent to join our dynamic team, specializing in mission critical construction projects across the U.S. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering high-performance facilities such as data centers, advanced manufacturing plants, and other critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site construction activities for mission critical projects from groundbreaking to closeout.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Enforce safety protocols and quality standards across all phases of construction.
- Manage daily field operations, including scheduling, logistics, and workforce supervision.
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to field teams.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, with at least 3 years in mission critical environments.
- Proven track record of managing complex, fast-track projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, structural coordination, and commissioning processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site for extended periods.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
